Some of the pledges we will need to manually add and charge the extended travel bag from our end.
PayPal wont work to add on to an existing pledge so if you used PayPal you will need to add a credit card to your pledge manager. We have sent messages to everyone so far who has asked to add the travel bag.

We also are adjusting the logo on the front of the travel bag to make it a bit smaller.

Today we received a few pictures of the updated travel bag. We added quite a bit of upgrades to make it really functional as well as do a great job of protecting your gear. We had 1 issue and that is since we went so heavy on the padding we had to switch to a silkscreened logo instead of the embroidered. The original padding was the max thickness while still being able to work in the manufacturers machines.
In the pictures you can see the double closure heavy duty zipper, top handle, side latches for the
shoulder strap, 2X thick padding, top mesh compartment and the lid protector flap. Also it looks like they got the blue interior material just right!
They are finishing up the second sample this week and sending. Once we have in hand we will get the videos going to show everyone.
If you were on the fence about getting one please contact us (message please) as we can unlock your pledges so you can make adjustments.
Needless to say we are very excited to get them in our hands to test and check for quality.
We have roughly 40 backers left who pledged in kickstarter but haven't completed the backer survey completed the check out portion. We have sent multiple reminders so please check your emails or get ahold of us if there are issues.

We received an updated pic of the travel bag prototype late last night. Some changes were made as the blue interior color was too light and we added the pocket to the interior lid as well as extra padding.
They will be adding a flap to protect the top of the Studio X from the light and items in the top storage area as well as the embroidered logo over the next few days. If everything looks good we will have 2 samples sent to us for inspection.
We know some backers are waiting to add the travel bag to finalize orders. It's taking a bit longer than expected but getting it right before the samples are sent actually will save time.
If you haven't filled out your survey or completed your order/address please do so asap. We will be removing our partners items from backerkit tomorrow to give them a final/firm count on items.

Moving Forward.

Moving forward
We are moving forward and pledge lockdown is roughly 80% complete. We have quite a few incomplete addresses and unfilled surveys. Both need to be completed for us to process your orders and keep moving forward. Please check your multiple emails, and spam for our messages. We are trying to keep a tight schedule to stay on track for the target shipping date of mid February.
Working with the manufacturers, suppliers and distribution hubs will be our next as well as keeping everyone up to date.
If you have any issues in backerkit/pledge manager please let us know asap.

Final notice for order lockdown

We have sent final notice for order lockdown. Please check your emails including spam for notification. We need your survey and address complete to wrap up the pledges. Getting final counts for our suppliers and manufacturers is important to staying on target for delivery so please let us know if your having issues.
Please check your credit cards as well we have had a few declined and a message has been sent.
A few backers are waiting to add the extended travel bag until we show the prototype video. It is due to arrive late next week and we will post on our Facebook page for you to see. Please remember once we lock your orders you will still be able to adjust your address if you move in the next few months. Contact us if you will be moving internationally so we can adjust accordingly.
Retailers please check your emails and get back to us asap if you haven't already. We are going direct and also need to have a firm product/bundle count asap.
Our pre order store is open so please let anyone you know who missed the Kickstarter and wants to order.
We will be removing our partners items soon from the pre order store to give them time and firm item counts so we can prepare for shipping and distribution. When our pledges and retailers are all set we move on to manufacturing, quality control, final packaging and distribution. You will be with us as we will post all updates with photos/videos when available.
