We want to thank everyone for being patient yesterday and allowing us time to fix the issues in shipping and quantity. Changing from a flat per item shipping to weight base shipping and forgetting to hit the save button before I exited the screen caused some issues yesterday. I apologize to everyone and believe me I will be hearing about it from my wife who has OCD for quite some time!
We will be going through each individual backer over the next few days to check the orders and make sure it is correct. It will take a bit to do but we want to make sure everyone is taken care of. We will issue refunds to anyone who has been overcharged for shipping.
There is a slight increases in overall shipping. The shipping rates in kickstarter were projected and we were notified by our fulfillment house of a 5.9% overall increase January 1st before the packages are sent out. So depending on your region it went up by 2 or 3 dollars.
Backerkit has been notified twice that some of you have not received your pledge manager invite email. They only let us send 1 per 24 hours and another will be sent today.
Please contact us if you have any further questions or something looks off. We answered roughly 700 emails and messages yesterday and woke up to 3 this morning so we are assuming everything so far has been corrected.
We really appreciate everyone being awesome and helping us through the learning curve.

We have made some adjustments but are still working on it. The issues are my fault and definitely due to working till 3am and forgetting to hit the save button before exiting the screen. There were 7 locations so far that were lumped into the "other region" category as well as not adjusting some of the quantity settings. We are working through it now and appreciate everyone letting us know of the problems. Anyone who was overcharged for shipping will be refunded.

We have fixed the quantity issues and the setting for the United Kingdom was set to default (everywhere else) that is put in place for any regions that are difficult to send postage. Please let us know if your still having issues we are going through all the regions now but it will take a bit. We will get to everyone's questions please be patient it's our 1st backerkit and it seems trial by fire is on the menu at the moment. We are here to help and will correct everything.

Thank you to everyone for being patient. The retail pledges are being sorted and we will contact them asap. There is a steep and hard learning curve in backerkit when it comes to the shipping side of things. Please contact us if you experience any issues in backerkit or have questions.
We are excited to move onto the next portion of the campaign and appreciate everyone's fantastic support. All of you have been awesome and have made a very long and hard journey well worth the effort. We are here to help so please don't hesitate to contact us. Some much needed sleep is in order but we will be back at it in the morning.
