We have started locking the orders that are all set and will continue through the weekend so please make adjustments asap. Multiple reminders were sent through backerkit last week so if you haven't filled out your survey please do so.
The last 3 days were spent looking at orders and issuing refunds for shipping errors. We still have a few left and will be wrapped up by Monday. If you used paypal we have sent you a message if you used a credit card we issued you a credit on backerkit and noted in the comments. The total has been adjusted before we charge the cards so you are all set. Tuesday the 1st we will start charging the credit cards.
Once we lock the orders you will still be able to go in and adjust your address if you have or are moving.
We are expecting the extended travel bag prototype to arrive in a week to ten days and will be showing it off in a video on our facebook page. Next week we will be working with our retailers and the manufacturer to keep things moving forward and on track.
Our project wouldn't be possible without all of our awesome backers. We set out to make a solid quality and functional mobile miniature painting studio for artists who are on the go or with limited work space.You my friends have enabled us to bring Studio X to life and we are extremely excited to move forward into the next stages of the project. We will keep everyone very aware of updates here and regular posts/videos on our Facebook and Instagram. We are here to help even after you have finished your pledge and are easy to reach.
Thank you very much again for being patient with this being our 1st kickstarter we had some bumps and are still learning the program. Great customer service is a must for us as we like to treat our customers the same way we want to be treated. Having 2000+ and growing backers and retailers around the world in a short amount of time has been amazing.
All of you are Studio X original backers and should be just as proud as we are!

We are sending everyone who had issues a shipping refund via paypal direct. There isn't a way in backerkit to issue a partial refund. You will receive a email letting you know and thanks for being patient.
We have had quite a few backers adding on extra Studio X to their orders as a mistake. Please double check your cart before finalizing your pledge.
Friday the 28th we will be locking orders for the backers who are all complete. We are at 75% complete with the pledge surveys and doing so will streamline the rest. Please finalize your items by then and let us know of any issues.
Our choice in fulfillment houses was easy, D6 fulfillment is known for fantastic packaging and ensuring your kickstarter package arrives safely. We are shipping quite a few international packages including paints and models and needed solid boxes and quality shipping materials.
We really appreciate everyone working with us and being patient. Its our 1st campaign and we are learning as we go. The back end of our project is massive with all the people, companies and shipping involved.

Today we will be working on shipping refunds It's going to take a day or so to go through all the backers.
If your still having any survey email issues please send us a message. We are able to send each backer a personal link but don't want to put it here or on the comments.
There are a few regions we are waiting to hear back from our fulfillment house about as well.
If you are a retailer we will be sending out individual emails today. We will be going direct and not through backerkit.
We will start locking down the pledges who are set and have no shipping issues on Friday the 28th.

Hi everyone. We spent most of yesterday trying to resolve the pledge manager email issues. Some of it worked but it seems there are still some backers who have not been resolved. Please check your spam folders. We were given a link by backerkit to give to you if your still having issues please give it a try.

We manually re sent pledge invites yesterday and it worked for some but are only allowed to do it once every 24 hours. I have another message into backerkit and we are on it please be patient.
Once the email issue is resolved we will start on the refunds for our backers who had shipping issues.

Emails.
We spent roughly 6 hours today manually sending everyone invites to the pledge manager. Backerkit is showing that they are sent but after 40 or so messages we decided to resend. Please let us know if you still haven't received one please.
We will be working on the postage refunds tomorrow. It will take a bit but we will get it done.
It looks like everything is working correctly but if you see issues please let us know.
