Shipping and quantity issues.
Hello everyone. There definitely are some issues with both the shipping and quantity of items. We are working with backerkit and will resolve it. Please sit tight it will take a little bit but we are all over the issues.

We are working hard to get the pledge manager open asap. We decided to switch our method of calculating shipping in the pledge manager to actual per item weight. It's not nearly as easy to set up but is the most accurate and will save our backers from overpaying for a flat fee.
We have backers and retail shipping worldwide and its taking a bit longer to put together. We are on it and close to finishing. The pledge manager should be open late this afternoon or early evening today.

After a short break the team is back in gear. We received a couple of preliminary photos of the extended travel bag prototype. It was very basic and a good starting point but definitely needs more work. We should have upgraded pictures mid next week.
We also spent the day with the design engineers going over the color change on the wet palettes, smoothing out the inkwells and fine tuning a few details.
Work on the pledge manager has begun and will be open on 8/18 with all the same gear that we had in the kickstarter. We will be taking late pledges so if you have a friend who missed out on the kickstarter just let them know they are set.

It's been a very long journey and along the way our small crew has managed to turn into a worldwide team of friends, hobbyists, artists and companies. We now have 2001 fantastic backers to join us on the next part of the journey. Thousands of Studio X mobile miniature painting studios will be shipped to 40+ countries around the world including 49 retailers with more to come. It was all made possible because you believed in our idea.
In roughly 2 weeks the pledge manager will open and everyone will be able to add on items and we will get shipping squared away for everyone. The extended travel bag is front and center and will be in the pledge manager. If we get news sooner we will gladly share with everyone.
We decided in the beginning of the project that quality had to always be 1st and foremost. That will carry through the whole process and we will be taking you with us through pictures, posts, videos and surveys. Keep spreading the word as we are just getting started and you my friends are in on the birth of Studio X.
Both Sissy and I have a massive list of amazing people behind the scenes to thank for going above and beyond for the project. Tonight we were talking about how great it's going to be seeing everyone at conventions, hobby shops, and online using them.
